MSOFT SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Shule Connect software ecosystem (including web dashboards, desktop software, and mobile applications available at www.shule-connect.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when parents, teachers, and school administrators utilize our services.

02 Information We Collect

• Parent / Guardian Contact Data: Full name, active mobile phone number, email address (proit.tz@gmail.com for correspondence), and authentication credentials.
• Student Academic & School Records: Examination results, termly assessment scores, daily attendance registers, and school fee payment status uploaded or authorized by respective educational institutions.
• Payment & Subscription Data: Transaction references, phone numbers used for mobile money payments, and payment status verification tokens. Note: Sensitive PINs or raw financial credentials are handled directly by payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
• App Usage & Technical Data: Device type, operating system version, IP address, and app crash logs for performance optimization.

03 Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and process the aforementioned information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Delivering real-time examination results and continuous assessment reports directly to verified parents.
• Facilitating school-to-parent communication regarding attendance updates, announcements, and fee payment notifications.
• Processing in-app subscriptions securely to unlock premium portal features.
• Maintaining system stability, troubleshooting technical errors, and preventing fraudulent access.

04 Data Security & Infrastructure

We prioritize data integrity and privacy. Shule Connect is hosted on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure designed to maintain 99.99% uptime. Access to student records is strictly restricted through role-based permissions, cryptographic tokens, and password hashing.

05 Third-Party Processing & Payment Gateways

To process subscription fees conveniently, Shule Connect integrates with secure local electronic payment gateways such as AzamPay and authorized mobile network operators (Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, Halopesa, AzamPesa). These third-party processors comply with strict financial regulations. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal user data to external marketers.

By accessing or using Shule Connect, downloading our mobile applications, or visiting www.shule-connect.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our software immediately.

02 User Eligibility & Accounts

Accounts on Shule Connect are created for authorized school administrators, teachers, and verified parents or legal guardians. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials and PINs. MSOFT SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

03 Subscriptions & Fee Payments

• Access to certain advanced parent portal modules (such as live performance reports and detailed attendance histories) requires an active subscription.
• Payments are processed securely via integration partners (e.g., AzamPay). Subscription fees are non-refundable once successfully processed and credited.
• School fee payments submitted through the platform are reconciled directly with the respective school’s official financial ledger.

04 Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Shule Connect platform.
• Extract, scrape, or harvest data belonging to other students or educational institutions without authorization.
• Transmit malicious software, viruses, or disruptive code through the application interface.
• Use the platform for any unlawful activities contrary to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

05 Limitation of Liability

MSOFT SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED provides Shule Connect on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain robust uptime (99.99%) and data protection, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from internet connectivity issues or inaccurate data entry by third-party school staff.
